This is the place to call, especially in a crisis. My mother-in-law had a major medical situation and I needed a hospital bed as soon as possible. I called late Monday afternoon and got all my questions answered. Shawn was very knowledgeable and patient. Tuesday morning Shawn called to ensure we still needed the bed and he was there with Matt shortly thereafter. Less than 30 minutes later it was all set up and we were given instructions. I wholeheartedly recommend this veteran-owned business. Why go anywhere else?

Great retail store for medical supplies. We bought this electronic easy chair about a year ago. It needed some adjustments. Matt and Sean picked up the chair and took it to their location. Made the adjustments and as promised had it back a day later. Easy to work with, gracious, and professional.

Btw- this chair will lay flat. I sleep in many nights. Very comfortable.

Triton Medical is an awesome place to work with. I have a lot of back issues which makes walking painful. I did a lot of research on mobility scooters. I didn’t want to order from just anyone. I came into the store and they were extremely helpful. I was able to test drive pride gogo in the store. It was then delivered to my house assembled. If I had ordered it I would have had to assemble it. Not being able to bend over would make that extremely hard. I’ve done frequent business with triton and I trust them. You can too!

The team at Triton delivered and installed a bed in my parents' home. They were very efficient, friendly and informative. My sister and I could not be happier with the service received. My dad received very clear instructions on how to operate his new bed and was able to get in and out of it unassisted. Their prices are very fair and they have been a pleasure to work with.

I was delighted and relieved to finally find a sit-to-stand lift at Triton Medical Retail that meant my husband would be able to stay at home. Paula was very helpful in demonstrating and explaining how this machine works in the store as were the delivery men who brought it to our home and went over those details again, taking care to make sure that I would be operating it safely. Beyond selling us this piece of equipment it was evident that they cared about us as people who were facing a mounting transferring problem and needed a solution. We have had the sit-to-stand since January and have been very pleased with and thankful for it.

My family struggled to find a hospital bed so my sister could go home for her final days. We unsuccessfully tried several other places before we discovered Triton. With one call, explaining our situation, Triton took care of our needs quickly and efficiently. Following that 5 minute call, a bed was delivered the next day, and my sister, an Air Force Veteran, was able to spend her last few days comfortably at home. We were treated with respect and compassion by the entire staff and it was greatly appreciated.

This is a wonderful place to do you shopping for scotters or electric wheelchair. They are extreme accommodating, have great selection of equipment. They are veterans and family owned. We were able to get what we needed in just 30 minutes. Bruce was very very knowledgeable.
