The scales just kept going up and up. Blood work and doctor reports not great. By Christmas I knew I had to make a change. The first week of January I called MRC Destin and my weight loss consultant Daffiney got me started. By the end of September I've lost 50 pounds. Now I'm in transition before going on maintenance. Her support and help has been wonderful and what I needed to make a healthier me. I didn't believe at 73 I could do it. To move from size 16 &18 pants and XXL tops to size 8 &10 pants and medium tops has been life changing! My doctors are all happy with the positive health benefits and I feel so much better! I still can't believe the me I see in the mirror. Cleaned out my closet and it's fun to shop again!

I’ve lost over 40 pounds so far. Some pounds dropped off easier than others, but Daffiney has been supportive, informative and encouraging during the entire process. Look forward to reaching my goal weight and know I will have continued success.

I need accountability, MRC is the only program that has worked for me. I always lose the weight when I follow the program and I always feel better. I like that I am not counting calories and I do not mind weighing my portions. Just tell me what I can and cannot eat/drink, so much easier for me!!! Love MRC!
