I am not sure of the sanitary laws in FLorida, but hopefully the inspect hotels. We stayed at the Kingsail resort for one night. Filist hotel I think I have ever stayed at. We had two rooms and both were dirty, dirty and dirty, everything unclean. The ceiling fan had so much dust on it, it was hanging down. Room we stayed in was 107. Bathroom dirt, bed sheets not clean at all. We were locked in to where to stay. Our grandson and his girl friend and us would not stay another night even if it was Free. We checked in at 4:00pm and at 7:30, someone opened our door with a key. They issued 2 keys to same room. My wife took the second key for that would not happen again. Anyone arriving after 8:00PM would have their room key in an envelope with their name on it hanging outside since the place was only open a couple of hours in the morning and only until 8:00 pm at night.
