The first appointment went very well when I saw the doctors very well informed an educated very professional
I would recommend them !
My issue is the backend of their operations, when I left my appointment the doctors told me I should receive an email within 12-24 hours and if I don’t receive it to call the office. I called the office this morning and spoke with Lorraine she advised me she was the director and should have my email by 230 pm eastern time if no to call her back (she pulled my chart and said everything was fine but make sure you check your spam) still no email
Called spoke with Betty said she made a mistake and I should be receiving a call tomorrow at 10am from another sept to help me fill out for my license, I told her all I need is the confirmation number that I was cable to fill out form
Basically nothing she could do at this point I’m very frustrated for all the miscommunication with there office
This is not a good first impression for a new patient. Advised me that I would need to speak with customer service or Brooke who signed me up at that time I asked again to speak with Lorraine and was transferred to a voice mail
I feel like the buck is being passed
I not too sure what to say but more to come
I though was to reiterate the doctors were awesome! More to come on the license all the people I know get a piece of paper that same day of visit an able to go to the dispensary
Why am I waiting 3 days or more

No one ever answers the phone or email. And no one ever calls you for the appointments you set. Waste of time.
