The staff were very kind and accommodating. We ordered a wheelchair for our mother in Florida while we are in NY. They agreed to deliver it for us. And the price is very reasonable. Thank you!

Kind & caring service being sure that the medical supplies we bought were the right ones to fit our needs & at a good price. A small shop at the end of the strip mall across from Walmart and behind CVS. Actually enjoyed browsing the products while they got the things I had an immediate need for. A nice selection of swim suits, bras... For mastectomy patients. I think I may return to pick up some comfortable and durable looking shoes. Surprised at the variety and number of products. Pleasant, no rush atmosphere.

Asked a price of a USED wheel chair and the owner came back and told me it retailed for $350 and they would sell it to me for $275. This particular wheel chair retails brand new online in many realtors for $170 or less! I went down the street and another mobility store sold theirs brand new for $275. For convenience I did purchase the brand new one at $275. If you don’t want our business because we were a young couple just say that don’t try to scam us. Invisible disabilities are real. Check online prices don’t just believe the sales person.

Although buying the 3 wheel walker was a great experience trying to return it was not. I had never been to this store and felt they were a little pricey but they had the walker i wanted. Apparently my husband that i bought it for fell twice the only 2 times it was used in the house. One time it did not lock when he sat on it. There was not a spec of dust or dirt on this piece of equipment! They would not take it back for a refund (did not even offer a partial, which i would have taken) only a store credit. Now if i had never been there before why would I want a credit to come back! One time was enough. Kat Trulli

This is not gonna be flattering. I visited your store today. Hoping to get the awesome product that I need at a fair price. And would use my insurance for it well. I got a shock on my life that you don't take. Medical insurance with medicare. Woodshit's kind of crazy for you to have a business like this and not be there for the people. Awesome, your price is control a horse. You say you're a small business, but you forgot to put under it with high prices. I know this is not a flattering post but it needs to be told to the people out there of how you do business and not be there for the person. That really needs to help. You're supposed to have a service for people. Not to fill your pocket with money. When people are done and they need a product and if we're not taking insurance, I don't know what kind of person you are.

Excellent service and follow-up. The device I rented was of superior quality and the price was much less expensive than other suppliers. We had to rent for a month, but that was still cheaper than a week somewhere else.

This place is amazing! It is family run and I was able to get such great support, guidance and help. I had no idea what I needed, and not only did they show me, they gave me the alternatives and tips on my son’s osteomy needs and supplies. They were friendly and professional with everyone who came in, and it was quite busy due to the hurricane. I highly recommend them!
