I went on a Wednesday afternoon in July and there was no wait. I really like that you could sort of 'claim a spot in line' online, essentially letting them know you're coming. You can fill out registration forms online too. The front desk was very polite, and all of the staff I interacted with were so kind and easy to talk to. They really took great care of me even though I was really nervous. The visit was so quick and easy. They even called me to make sure I got home okay because I was woozy after getting blood drawn. I'm so thankful for this clinic and thankful for the patience and kindness of all the staff!!!

This was one of the best urgent care experiences we've ever had. I appreciate the availability being open till 8pm. The entire staff was awesome. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but the receptionist, the intake, and the doctor/NP were all wonderful with excellent bedside manner, personable, and caring. From my initial call, the registration process, and the care we received...it was all top notch!

We walked in at around 7:40 pm. My son had a sudden onset of symptoms, including wheezing. I didn’t want to wait until morning to see if it got better. They were the only urgent care open around us. It was our first visit. I was very impressed. The staff was so kind and pleasant. They were very helpful and gave my son the best care I could have asked for. I’m grateful that they were open and available to help us with my son! Definitely recommend you visiting if you have an urgent need!

The staff was wonderful! My daughter came home sick from school and woke up from a nap with 103 fever. I called and the staff stayed late and were so accommodating and sweet. Would definitely recommend this place! 10/10.

The healthcare provider and staff were all very attentive and sweet. They were thorough with testing and made sure to listen to my concerns. They were able to diagnose me and I was so appreciative of it. Other urgent care facilities in the past have been dismissive of my symptoms and told me it was just “a bug” without running the appropriate tests. Fast pace gave me an actual treatment plan and made sure I wasn’t left without answers. I will 100% come back.

I asked desk person if I could please fill out paperwork instead of using the iPad. That reduced my anxiety right away. Nurse was so nice and accommodating. Nurse practioner was very knowledgeable and gave me common sense advice. I loved how quickly I was taken back--very little wait time. Pleasant experience.
