My mom comes here to get her ear wax removed every 3 months. When I told her both of my ears were severely clogged, she recommended Dr. Teresa and her team! They were all wonderful! The gentleman that removed my ear wax was patient, understanding, and gentle. He made sure to take his time and explain each step so I felt comfortable. I felt no pain! I can hear clear as a bird now! I am so happy and relieved!!! Thank you to everyone, I highly recommend this wonderful clinic. My mom has never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! 🤗✨️

After being uncertain about the results of testing yesterday, Dr. Pratesi (the owner) spent a whole hour with me at no additional cost this morning to explain everything in detail. Citrus Hearing has provided me with excellent patient care. I have worn hearing aids for 18 years. (I am probably high maintenance because I am a physicist and I have to understand EVERYTHING.)

We came in to screen my 5y old hearing. The staff is super friendly, scheduled an appointment the same day and made sure I was well informed. My son had lots of fun during his test everyone was super friendly and at the end he even received a little gift.
I’m totally going back when it’s time to screen my daughters ears.

I made an appointment at Citrus Hearing Clinic to have my ears checked for wax. I saw Daniel who was awesome. He explained everything and removed the wax. It had been years since I had this done and kept putting it off. Usually having wax removed is not a pleasant experience, but I must say Daniel was great! Initially I went to a different doctor and clinic in the area to have impressions made for an aviation headset mold. They failed to get my impressions right after numerous attempts and the Dr didn't even know what a helix curl was when I said it needed to be included in the impression. I gave up and decided to try Citrus Hearing Clinic. I wish I would have started there because they are stellar. The staff is warm and friendly and everything was zero hassle. I was briefly describing to Dr Parsons what I needed and without skipping a beat she knew exactly what I needed. She had an audiology student do the impressions but ensured me that it would all be taken care of. The impressions and molds all turned out great and I was very satisfied with my experience. A+

This place is great! Lori was great answering all of our questions regarding the process, costs involved, the referrals and scheduling appointments. She was so informative and friendly that she set the bar pretty high for the doctor, who had no problem matching her. My mom is hearing impaired and visits another company, that is good, but there was no comparison. Citrus Hearing blew them out of the water. Dr Teresa was extremely friendly and explained everything- the condition of hearing loss, the stages, possible causes, the multiple tests my dad was about to undergo, the results and then next steps. The intern Daniel conducted the testing. He was also very friendly and informative. They provided more information and did more tests than the other clinic we went to. I highly recommend this clinic and so glad I found them. Other facts- no wait for our appt, office very clean and they followed up with us after we left.
