I will start off by saying that I've only been here for one appointment, but in that one appointment I have never felt so truly heard and cared for as I have felt here today. I've been dealing with something for years that doctors/specialists I've seen should have been able to help with, but didnt take the time or effort to even look into. These people are incredibly knowledgeable, actually truly care, take the time to listen to you asking meaningful questions in order to get to the bottom of what is causing the condition. The level of care and effort they've shown me in just one appointment is something I could have never dreamed of from a doctor due to my very negative experiences up to this point. These ladies have provided me so much hope.

I am so glad I found Access Medical.! 10 years of treatment for my thyroid at another practice and I was told everything was fine as I was in tears in the office telling them I didn’t feel fine. I knew I had to find another practice that would listen to how I felt not just what the test results said I should feel like. After much research I found. Access MedicL and it made such a difference. My levels while “normal” were not balanced and within a couple visits with Jessica Rapa and a very detailed blood panel she had me on the way to feeling like myself again. Jessica not only looks at the test results but actually asks how you are feeling as well which means so much. I have recommended
access Medical to all my friends and family. All of the staff at Access take the time to listen and you are not just a number to them they treat you like part of the family.

Do not recommend. I was given Dr. Jennifer Lay's name by a friend. I went twice to see Dr. Lay. Dr. Lay was thorough but I have not rec'd any copies of my medical records or blood work results as requested. A bigger issue is that Dr. Lay told me to use a specific Labcorp and when I did, I rec'd a huge bill of $2400 for out of network cost. I have been calling for months to get help with this bill and no one will answer the phone or call you back. Very disgusted as I asked could I go to another place to have my blood work drawn and she specifically told me to use this location because she liked how the reports came to her. Now when I get a huge bill in all commutations has stopped

Dr. Jennifer Lay is awesome; extremely knowledgeable and professional, and also very kind and helpful. She solves complex health problems with interlocking systems really well (for example endocrine, rheumatologic, cardiac, osteo, etc.). I love the staff here, too. They're all so welcoming even when super busy. I drive three hours each way to get care here during non-covid times, and it is entirely worth it. Thank you for the great care over these many years!

I can not recommend this practice enough ! Seeing PA Jessica Rapa has been life changing ! I’ve been seeing Jessica Rapa for the past three years and in this short timeframe , she has done more for my thyroid and overall health than doctors / practices across multitude of states had ever achieved in over a decade of being seen for Hashimotos. We were having fertility issues as a side effect of Hashimotos and she was able to work very closely with us leading up to and throughout the pregnancy. I do not think we would have had our baby without her aide. The office is pristine and the staff are very knowledgeable and prompt in responding to calls. Great communication , everything you would want in a family practice with added bonus care dealing with autoimmune and endocrine issues.

This used to be a great practice. Dr Fedosky was the best. Dr Lay is good, but the staff and the nurses leave a lot to be desired. They don't return calls, don't send over labs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Would not recommend! Dr. Lay refused to write a letter in regards to my medical conditions for Jury duty. After a week of waiting & being told she was preparing it I get a call from the office saying, “she won’t, because SHE doesn’t think it will help me get out of jury duty in a pandemic”. I explained again, “all I need is a letter to turn in to the judge with all my autoimmune diseases”. I let them know my father has stage IV lung cancer & care for him & am afraid of putting him at risk as well. Office called back & said that SHE said that she will not be writing the letter, because SHE thinks it useless! I called the jury duty office, they were shocked my own doctor wouldn’t write me the letter. The judge was kind enough to take my word in regards to my health & released me. I called the office back to let the doctor know that I was released from duty & she should have written my letter. Two days later I get a letter that she will no longer treat me. Wasn’t going back anyway!

Great overall telemedicine experience! PA Rapa took the time to listen to all my concerns and ordered blood work and diagnostic tests right over the phone. She called me as soon as the results came in and really took the time to go through everything with me to make sure I understood all my options. I would definitely recommend this practice!
