All I have to say is wow. So I get insurance and this is one of the only doctors I can go to. I just go for a meet and greet. We just got done eating and I was a little stressed about going to see a new doctor as soon as they take my blood pressure, the nurse starts suggesting I’m gonna have to be on blood pressure medicine. I told her I’d rather just go and see a dietitian and work out and eat healthy. She walks out. PA walks in about 20 minutes later trying to pump pills. She doesn’t even know me there was no blood work done. There was nothing done just the fact that I have high blood pressure and I was like I really would like to go the natural route at least for one month. I mean it’s been this long if I can work out and eat what you tell me to eat for one month let’s see where it’s at and I was told this is Western medicine not eastern medicine and that if I wasn’t going to take medication, there’s nothing they could do to help me because they would be at fault if something happened to me. I explained that I know that’s not true and that I signed a ton of release forms just so I could come see you so if you’re not gonna help me the natural way at first to see how it goes and if I could just have my money back. And I ended the appointment as I walked out. I said this is really crazy if I write a review on you, it’s not gonna be good that you would only pump pills down my throat instead of helping me out with my exercise and diet to see where it went.. then they followed me out the office harassed me to the point where I had to tell him to go back inside and leave me the alone because they’re just raising my blood pressure now anyway. This is all in front of witnesses out front.

Anyway, very horrible experience.

All the staff are friendly professionals. Dr Z & his assistant are good listeners & I feel comfortable asking questions and in their presence. They respond to all my questions; Dr Z will refer me for follow-up lab work when it is necessary. Thank You.

The office is fine the medical quality of the personnel is high but when you have to get a hold of somebody your communication system set up is horrific it is dangerous it is unacceptable. It took me two days just to be able to get a nurse on the line and I had to go through another medical office and at least three people. One has to have the ability to call directly to the medical office to get a message to their doctor or the nurses there. Without that it's not actually a doctor medical office kind of situation. I don't know who set up the communication system but it's got to be changed.

I drove an hour to this clinic to see a doctor. The staff was very accommodating. I did not have to wait long. The doctor was exceptional. Took the time to explain so I understood, listened to my story & prescribed an excellent course of action.

Very kind staff all around . I went in and was immediately checked in and was told I would have a 15-20 minute wait , that was awesome as I was in pain!! In 15 minutes I was called in and the doctor came in about 5 minutes later. He gave me the diagnosis as they had already run the urine test! He checked me out, prescribed the medications and was so very caring and kind!! He told me not to hesitate to call if I had any problems. My prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy when I got there!! Wonderful experience when you are on vacation and get sick!!

The check-in procedure by phone was a bit tedious in length but saved time in the long run. The electronic sumittal needs to give a confirmation that it was received. Everyone I encountered during my appointment was attentive, gracious and appeared very competent. I felt assured I was getting great help in a clean, safe environment. I was in and out timely with only a short wait in the exam room. Overall 4.5+
