From the start it was quick and easy. Did my check in on line before I even arrived. My nurse Jazz was amazing and so was her shadow Adam. My anesthesiologist was wonderful. Got the knee prepped and then got into surgery where they got the spinal in and the next thing I knew I was in pac u and had fantastic nurses there. Got up and walked to the bathroom and back got dressed and hubby brought me home. My surgeon Dr. Jake Hawkins has been amazing from the beginning. I was so lucky to have him and in time I will have the other knee done. What amazing group of people in the surgery. Thanks for making it easy for me

We had to visit the ER last night without 19 year old daughter. The receptionist was open and welcoming, the intake nurse was understanding and kind. Once we got to the room our RN Stacy Moore was so fabulous!! Made us comfortable. Knew when to joke and when to be serious. Was sooooo kind To our daughter who was in pain and scared. Dr Matt Edgar talked to us like we were intelligent humans but didn’t talk over Our heads. He ordered treatments that were necessary and nothing more. You could tell his goal was to get her better and get her home!! We are still talking about how it was an awful night but ended up meeting such lovely and Compassionate people that we will Not forget. Do NOT hesitate to put ur faith into these professionals!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Nikki during my recent visit, and I cannot say enough good things about her. From the moment she introduced herself, her warmth and friendliness immediately put me at ease. She has this natural ability to make you feel safe and comfortable, which is so important in situations that can sometimes feel a bit nerve-wracking.

Nikki’s professionalism was unmatched. What really stood out was her kindness and sense of humor—she managed to make the entire experience not only painless but genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who can make you laugh while still exuding such competence and care.

She has curly hair, a radiant smile, and a calming presence that makes you feel like you’re in the best hands. I’ve honestly never had such a smooth and painless blood draw before—she’s incredibly skilled and attentive to detail.

Nikki is truly a gem, and the hospital is so lucky to have her on their team. To anyone nervous about a blood draw or just wanting to be treated like a person rather than a patient number, I highly recommend asking for Nikki. She’s simply the best!

The nurses in admissions getting me set up and prepped for surgery were awesome! My anesthesiologist was great as well. He was there when I went to sleep and the first one I saw when I woke up. Everyone did their best to provide an optimistic and positive attitude for a surgery I was very concerned and anxious about.

The people who worked the front desk were amazingly caring and helpful. The nurses were, as well. The doctor, on the other hand, didn't seem to care to ask me questions or answer any of my questions. I felt he was indifferent with my care and disregarded the reason I was there. The procedure I had done was not done appropriately. That procedure cost me more than a months wages with insurance; and I did not get the answers I needed that I feel could have been found with that procedure.

My wife had a blockage in her small intestine. We checked in through the Emergency Room. We were assigned a room quickly and had excellent care throughout diagnosis, surgery, recovery and release. We are grateful to the entire Staff and Doctors. They were wonderful.

From the moment I walked into the out patient surgical registration it was one of my very best experiences in a surgical environment. Every interaction was friendly, personable and professional. Greetings, explanations and help all provided in a manner to set me at ease and keep me calm. I was overwhelmed with Inna, the RN, that provided my pre care in a warm friendly manner that was absolutely wonderful plus the other RN that actually found a vein in my arm for the IV. My surgical team, Dr. Hawkins, Hunter and all the others, a special shout-out to my anesthesiologist team! My aftercare was just as wonderful, Matt was especially helpful with my frequent bathroom breaks and keeping me laughing!! I was impressed by all the team members and staff that provided care.
