The doctor was nice and it was the first exam where I felt like my prescription was correct and that I will be able to see perfectly. I chose no eye dilation and no extra photo and typically I have had people still try to push that option and they didn't here. The process of picking glasses was great. I felt no pressure to purchase nor pressured into any pricey extras. They had a great selection of glasses. The staff was very knowledgeable about lenses, options and promotions. I got a good deal and I can't wait to get my glasses and sunglasses 😎

Doctor Sriprashad was great. He was very thorough. I had a later appt. and he did not make me feel that he was in a hurry. Also, the other team members were attentive and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience!

Above and beyond best customer experience. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely friendly and so helpful. My daughter was so nervous as this was her first eye exam but the tech was so sweet and Dr. Washington was amazing with her. The staff who helped her pick out her glasses was also super sweet. He was very patient and explained how everything worked with our insurance and the different lenses. Highly recommend!
