Rehab Medical was super easy to work with. Once the initial consultation and insurance approval were completed the whole process moved very quickly. When our chair was first delivered the plates for the feet to rest on were manual. The technician noticed they were not supposed to be. Something we would have never noticed. He sent the chair back to have that corrected immediately, it was done very quickly. The same technician arranged to be the one to return the chair because he himself wanted to finish the training. He was VERY knowledgeable about the chair, what and how to adjust everything. We highly recommend Rehab Medical for your mobility needs.

My experience with Rehab Mobility has been great. The rep that has delivered my motorized chair and bed (LaDarius) has been awesome each time he came out to my residence. LaDarius goes over and beyond. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you to all.
