Made an appointment and wait time was minimal, I'd recommend doing this instead of just walking in. Everyone was super nice, caring, and willing to listen. Doctor was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manor. Nice to have this service here in Helena close to home! Will visit again and feeling much better a day after.

My visit there was a good experience .However, I had an allergic reaction to medication that was prescribed and could not reach the front desk for almost 24 hrs. I understand that they were busy but, I would have thought someone would check messages at the end of tbe day or the beginning of the next day.
It took 6 phone calls to get help.

This visit was much easier than the last. About six months or so ago, I went to the same Helena location, and ended up not even being seen because the person at the front desk didn’t understand my VA health insurance. This time, there was a new sign-in kiosk, and a new online procedure. The front desk even had my Military insurance and private insurance updated.

I did have a problem with the online registration, and the young lady at the front desk had to get my cell phone and help me through that process.

The nurse practitioner, assistant , and staff were thorough and were nice! They made me feel better even though I was feeling too great. I highly recommend this urgent care.

The doctors and nurses are absolutely great, but I didn't like the fact that me and my daughter were here before anybody and we still managed to not be seen first. No big deal, but It kind of felt a certain type of way. Update* Thank you Dr. H..........for contacting me to clear up any misunderstandings.

Everyone was so nice. I did not have a wait except for test results and even then I was in and out in 45 minutes. Quality of care was excellent. Would definitely recommend and go back.

The doctor I saw was great, but the three hour wait was a little ridiculous. I’d like them to have a few more doctors on staff given it’s a walk-in clinic and you’re not able to make an appointment.
