Dr. Karcsmar is an absolute joke. Had three prescriptions written and sent to Walgreens last week. Went two days later to pick them up, she gave me less than what was needed for one of them. Went to the office the next day, the office manager Angela told me to email a photo of my prescription bottle, which I did an hour later. Sent a follow up email on Friday. No response on either. Went into the office AGAIN today (Monday) and the staff wrote the doctor an urgent email, since she was not there yet. 7 hours later, I called and spoke to her assistant Jordan, who said she would get Dr. Karcsmar to send the prescription as soon as she was done with her patient, and to give it about an hour. Called Walgreens two hours later, NO PRESCRIPTION WAS SENT IN.

BEWARE - very incompetent office staff. Established care and had a new patient visit. Verified insurance. Went in a month later for a sick visit and told me my insurance is out of network and they wouldn’t charge me for the previous visit.

Teresa Karcsmar! 🙌 Hands down the best doctor I have had in my 36 years of life!

I felt like she actually cared about my medical history and healthcare! Which is rare for women’s health. Some doctors dismiss women’s health and chalk up most issues to depression, anxiety, just take birth control… 🤯🙄😩 or “it’s in your head” mentality. Which can be heart breaking. 😩

My first appointment and Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses etc… so professional and kind!

10/10 recommend this place for primary care! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
