I have the best experience evrytime I go to this office. Al of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Chukwu is awesome. She is very attentive to my concerns and helped me with different issues that I was having. This may be the best Primary Care office ever. 😍

For my first visit here, every worker I interacted with made the experience much more comfortable. Jackie at the desk was great vibes upon entering and checking me in. Then, Nurse Elizabeth was kind and thorough with her evaluation before the doctor came in. Dr. Chukwu was charismatic and extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and covering all bases for my physical. Overall, everyone here was great at providing elaborate information and answering any questions that I had. Definitely would recommend visiting this Memorial for any primary care needed.

It’s a doctors office so you can expect a little wait time before being seen. I as a new patient had an appointment at 2:40 and was able to leave the building by 4:00. The staff is very efficient. The waiting room has a TV and information pamphlets. Arianna helped me when I forgot to sign some paperwork, she explained everything beforehand and was willing to answer any questions I may have. When the visit was over she also explained my next steps and helped me schedule a follow up visit. Elizabeth was the medical assistant and helped my experience as a new patient go smoothly. Also, answering my questions and being respectful with information. Helped me when I was nervous and directed me where to go also within the office, which helped calm me. I was referred to the doctor through my insurance and the reviews for her proved wonderfully true - she was very caring even though I was a new patient. The welcoming attitude, the willingness to answer questions, and listening to my concerns very attentive, thoughtful, and thorough - I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Wu

Blanca Dr.Wu and Ariana were exceptional by far the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. I’m impress by the way they treat the patients. They’re very communicative and informing. Visit was the quickest I’ve ever done and they always have a smile.

1st time visiting Memorial Primary Care. I have passed there numerous times and didn't notice it. It was a very pleasant experience. Elizabeth who checked me in and out was very warm, attentive and personable. Dr. Chukwu was all of that and more. She was thorough. She listened and in turn was very informative. I was comfortable, she made me feel at ease.

My first doctor visit in a very long time. Dr. Chukwu has a great bedside manner and explained everything. She even caught an issue about my toe I wasn’t aware of! She’s starting me on the right path to better health. I found a good primary doctor. Special thanks to Jackie and Jeremy who made a very good first impression on me. They were great.

I love my new PCP office. Blanca with the pretty eyes was so kind, Arianna was sweet with a smiling face, and Dr.Chukwu was everything I expected and more. She’s very welcome, super kind, and extremely thorough. My visit was nice and timely. Even with all the shared information, I was able to complete my visit in two hours max. Thank you💛

I mUST say, I have found one of the BEST Dr.s I have ever had!!
Dr. Chukwu was a breath of fresh air, on sITE!! She gave the most refreshing and comfortable energy when she came in to greet me which calmed my anxiety down, from the initial first visit. Not only was Dr. Valentine Chukwu amazing, her staff (Blanca and Arianna) were just as awesome! WhaT a blessing to have such a wonderful, compassionate and trustworthy support system. I would HIGHLY recommend this staff to anYone looking for a new physician! 💯
