Dr. MacKinney took time to try to figure out why my blood pressure was so high. He changed my meds. and encouraged exercise to help my problem. He has treated me with respect and kindness every time I have been in his office. His staff from the front desk to the nurses have been wonderful. I am happy he has accepted me as his patient.

The lab at the doctors office in Miramar Beach is the slowest ive ever seen. Hours of wait caused by the staff and process. As a formal clinic manager, it's remarkable to see an operation where no one cares about wait times. 2 hour plus waits for labs now and on my 3rd day trying to get in. Better to drive to the next town over.

I’ve been going to this facility for years. I have never had a bad experience in 20 or more years. I know that many of the staff say they are overwhelmed with too many patients, not enough help, which has been going on for years also. I know there is a shortage of nurses in the US but I think if you could make this wonderful facility so it’s well paid and less stressful for your staff, you could find people that would want to work there… to hire!!! Makes sense!!!

Great clinic. DR. Noel is very thorough and the clinic is very nice. It is hard to speak with anyone by telephone due to small staff but they are goid aabout calling you back or communicating through their online portal.
