A person by the name of Tricia Jenses decided to evaluate me and Bill me without identifying herself. I was lead to believe her office had canceled attending the appointment and that she was a technician. Very poor behavior

I am thankful every day for the staff at Lake Speech. My daughter has received Speech therapy services for a little over two years. She also began Occupational therapy a few months ago.
The therapists and staff members are always extra helpful. Having a child with disabilities can be very confusing, but everyone is always willing to help in any way possible way. Communication is excellent!
Aside from being very professional, the staff at Lake Speech has always been extremely loving and caring to my family. It makes the time we spend there each week so much easier.
Thank you so much Lake Speech for all of your hard work and dedication. You guys always continue to exceed my expectations❤️

This place is amazing. The staffs are super friendly, Mayra and Christina always work with me on my schedule. Ms. Tatiana and Ms. Holly are wonderful, my son loves them so much, they’re very patient with him and he has improved amazingly since he started doing speech therapy. Totally recommend Lake Speech!!

We’ve been apart of the Lake Speech & Language family for about 5-6 years now and we love them. The front office staff is very friendly and attentive to my child. My child loves Mr. Adam!! Mr. Adam is very knowledgeable and attentive to my child’s need. My family and I would highly recommend this office!!

My son has been coming to Lake Speech for a year now and there has been a huge improvement with his speech. Thank you for the staff and therapist that have made this positive impact on my son’s learning development. Everyone is super friendly, bilingual, patient and understanding most of all. Lake Speech is an outstanding experience not only for the patient, but for the families as well. The services are outstanding and personally I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and efforts to reach my daughters goals. Everyone in the office is helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and are really understanding and in tune to obtain the outcome based on the situation.

My son was recommended for speech therapy from his PCP in June. I was real hesitant and thought my 18 months son was to young for therapy. As months went by his behavior was getting worst and he was getting upset because he didn’t know how to communicate with me and my wife. I finally gave in and started treatment in August 27th 2019. Within the first couple weeks I started seeing changes in his behavior. In 3 weeks he started making animals noises. His vocabulary was only Mom, Dad, Ball. He’s now counting to ten, he understand so much more. He has made a complete 360 transformation. He’s much easier to baby sit. The work they have done her is amazing. Tatiana has been amazing and blessing for my son. I totally recommend Lake Speech & Language Services 100%.
