I absolutely love Dr. Lima! My first experience with her, was after I contracted Covid a couple of years ago and I wanted a virtual dr. She showed compassion and followed up with me later to ensure that I was getting well.
I began using her for weight loss because I needed a cheerleader, who would help me with my weight loss journey. She is amazing! She is sweet, kind and encouraging! She takes the time to listen to me and clearly explains everything to me. I’m confident that I will be able to achieve my goals with Dr. Lima as my coach!

Dr. Lima was absolutely incredible and so thorough with her telehealth assessment. She followed up multiple days to make sure the medication prescribed was actually benefiting me. I am very grateful and appreciative for Dr. Lima. I ended up with the flu on a Saturday and I was in no shape to go into a walk-in clinic so I decided to try Telehealth and I am so glad I did! Dr.Lima is knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely cares for her patients. She checked in on me often to see how I was feeling and that to me speaks volumes of her character. She is how all healthcare providers should be yet often are not.

Dr. Lima was very helpful. I requested an appointment in the morning and she was able to see me within a couple hours. I felt the whole process was very easy and seamless. It was also very nice that she checked on me periodically to make sure I was starting to feel better.

You’ve found your go to doctor! I promise you! So I found Dr. Lima probably the same way you guys are. Googling a teleheatlh doctor. And I have to say I’m so thankful that I did. I forgot how long ago it was. Maybe 2 years now? I don’t recall but what I can say is that ANYTIME I’m not feeling well, she’s there. Always available and knows exactly how to treat me. She’s loving and caring, not like usual doctors who don’t take the time to listen. She does and makes you feel cared for. I’ll recommend her to anyone! She’s truly the best.

Dr. Lima is a great Doctor who truly listens to their patients and tries to work with them. I had been Dr. Lima's patient for almost 4 years and she always took great care of me. She provided options I did not know were available to me and she educated me on my health.
