Dr Kathryn has helped me so much and I could not be more grateful.

I was having difficulty sleeping and frequent neck issues until we started my treatment plan. I appreciated how in-depth the first visit was which included x-rays and a slew of questions. Dr. Kathryn was quick to explain things and has given me the knowledge on how to better my body alongside my treatment plan.

Ever since my second weekly adjustment I noticed a big difference in my daily life! Now that I am a few months in and able to go a couple weeks in between adjustments I have never felt better! My quality of life has improved as well as my sleep, I am now consistently getting around 8hrs of sleep and I never really thought that was possible until I started seeing Dr. Kathryn.

I love seeing Dr.Kathryn! She really takes the time to listen when I describe how my body is feeling. I have neck and tailbone pain, and after her adjustments, I always feel so much better! Between my regular adjustments and the supplements she’s suggested, I have noticed a big improvement in how I feel.

After reading some of the other reviews it seems that anyone who doesn’t have positive feedback “has never been seen here before”. That’s very convenient, isn’t it? Just say they don’t have any records and boom it never happened. Anyway, I’m giving this a 2 star because I did like the receptionist, she was very kind. But the chiropractor seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The crack was very weak, and I’ve had 2 great female chiropractors in the past so it’s typically not that. I’ll keep searching in Destin.

I woke up and I was unable to turn my neck. After seeing Dr. Martine, one time I woke up the next morning and my neck functioned as normal. She not only treated my neck she also gave me the information I needed to help prevent this from occurring again. She gave me exercises to do and showed me an anatomical chart Explaining my situation. . I highly recommend her and her staff.

So incredibly thankful to have found Dr Kathryn! I injured my neck several years ago, and was told to never see a Chiropractor. I had been living with pain and limited mobility for several years. After my first visit, the pain was nearly gone, and I had about 75% range of motion back. After my 2nd visit, I was at 100% and couldn’t believe it! She has not only healed my neck, but also my hips!

I’ve also struggled with stomach issues since I was in my 20s, and Doctors always dismissed me, or tried to prescribe medications without even taking a moment to try and figure out want was going on. I purchased the gut healing test kit, and finally had answers to why I was feeling so miserable all the time. Dr Kathryn really cares about her patients, and their well being. I am truly thankful to have found her. I will be a patient for life!
