Pro-tip: When you call to make an appointment, don't give the gal who's reading a script any information. If you tell her you're diagnosed with anything, she'll tell you that you can't be seen. If you pretend to not know why you're calling a PSYCHOLOGICAL office, then you'll be seen right away! I was told there were no clinicians that could see me because I already have a diagnosis... that seems bizarre. Girl sounded like a robot. Really, if you work in mental health, be knowledgeable, have compassion for others, and GROW UP. Give this poor girl some training.

The staff at Central Florida Psychological Consultants are top notch. They are always so nice and willing to accommodate my busy schedule. Everyone is very knowledgeable. I’ve recommend them to my family members and friend. Chelsea understands my cultural and social plights, and I get real non-judgmental advice as a minority female. It’s 5 stars for me!!

This place is horrible. They defamed my character and personality. Very bias and do not think of cultural norms. I went to get an assessment for my non relative child. The outcome and slander was on the Caregiver. If you are a caregiver who is caring for Foster/relative/non-relative children PLEASE go elsewhere .research the doctor and not a registered psychologist either. I’m appalled n hurt for other caregivers who are not aware of their rights....do not attend this place.

My kid went here for an evaluation and when we got the report, wow. That man did not hear what my kid said or he heard what he wanted to hear or he twisted it around. Because 95% of what he wrote was so far from the truth. And to say that my kid was overreacting, he knows nothing about helping people.

I wish more doctors had the level of integrity, honesty, and genuine concern for their patients that Dr. Saunders displays. He actually listens and does not treat you like a number or a case study.

I've been a patient of Amy Eicher for upwards of two years due to PTSD. I feel very comfortable at this practice, and have no reservations about turning to Central Florida Psychological for my mental health concerns. Treatment has helped immensely. I've learned to cope with what was once a near-constant anxiety focused on catastrophe, and the practice has always put deep consideration into the handling of my mental health and the treatment plan. Starting treatment at Central Florida Psychology was life-changing for me.
