I’ve been seeing Dr. Mora for 15+ years and now can never get an appointment with him so I started seeing Dr. Price in 2024. She is very pleasant and thorough but I do always have to wait an hour (or more) after the time of my appointment to see her. When leaving, the receptionist aggressively asks how the experience was and if you say anything other than “excellent” she keeps asking you and prompting you to say “excellent”. I’m sorry, but sometimes at the doctor you don’t always get the news regarding your health that you were hoping for and don’t always leave feeling “excellent”. At my last appointment I told her it was not “excellent” to wait an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor and she told me “that’s what you get for choosing a doctor who is so thorough and doesn’t rush her patients.”

The front desk receptionists were nice and easy to talk to. The lobby area was extremely clean and comfortable. The medical assistant Daniela is amazing and does a great job at making you feel comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Price is also extremely nice, warm, and attentive. Everything was quick and easy and the service is incredible.

Polite, friendly and professional staff. Wait times after arriving on time for appointment upwards of an hour were expressed and was told we do that on purpose.
