Dr. Sherma has been an integral part in my journey to feel like myself again. He explains his treatment plans very thoughtfully and with care, and recommends natural remedies and supplements as well. Past doctors have only listened to me with a prescription pad in their hand, so it was refreshing to have a doctor like Dr. Sherma who understands that just throwing pills at a person isn't the only solution. This place has a great atmosphere. My psychiatrist Dr. Medina is very helpful and nice. Whenever I have a new issue she helps. Also when you make an appointment you are seen very quickly, not waiting for long

They do not care about their patients. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my daughter’s medication prescription to be sent. After several attempts to find out what is going on, I am told they do not have it in their system and there is nothing they can do. We have been using this service for a year. The first Dr was awful. Kept missing the video appointments and basically treated my teen like the biggest inconvenience even though she often bailed on the appointments while still collecting her $150 for 2 minutes worth of work. The second Dr was amazing until the office dropped the ball and refused to send over my daughters prescription because they are convinced she did not have a video appointment with her Dr when in fact she did. My daughter has now been almost 2 weeks without her much needed medication. Same on this office. Their bottom line is money and not patient care.

I am so happy with the service I receive as a patient here. Dr. Nawaz has been treating me for years, he’s always very attentive and makes himself available if I have questions and concerns. they never answer the phone during business hours. it takes me forever to get my prescription after he says he sent it. i’ve also waited up to 40 minutes past my appointment time for the doctor.
