I had a 2pm appointment I arrived at 210 so I was 10 mins late and I have abdominal pain and I was told that they are running behind so I won’t be able to be seen meanwhile you can hear the staff in the back laughing and watching videos. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told that I can’t speak to anyone. When I asked for a email I was provided this (see picture). I am shocked advantage should pull there names from this office asap

Terrible. Went in for back pain. Dr Margaret Link did not even look at my back. Just asked a few questions and prescribed medication, thats it. $345 for absolutely nothing.

I've discovered an excellent doctor's office! This facility operates 7 days a week and on most days it is open until 8pm. You can schedule appointments by phone, online, or conveniently through the AdventHealth app. The process is quick and efficient. The office itself is clean and well-organized, with friendly staff and great doctors. As I focus on my health this year, having a doctor who listens, addresses concerns, and creates a comfortable environment is crucial. I highly recommend Dr. Kathryn Reyes -- she's fantastic!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR BLOOD WORK. I have been waiting for an appointment to get an allergy test done for a while now and they called an HOUR before I was supposed to arrive and cancelled because "the" nurse left for the day. Why they would cancel so close to the appointment time after I had already rearranged my work schedule in preparation when they would charge me for canceling in the same time frame is beyond me. Not to mention that apparently there is only one person in that entire office that is capable of doing blood testing I had a wonderful time with Dr. Reyes and she is the only reason I do not give this place 1 star, but I will not be coming back here for any lab work I can do with Quest.

By far the best primary care. From the moment I walk in, it was a very welcoming experience. From the front staff to Evy. She was very friendly and efficient. I have been seeing Amber Then APRN for years and she is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. If you’re looking for a primary care, this is the place to go!

Absolutely love this office. My provider is Amber Then, APRN and wouldn’t change for the world. She listens to you and your concerns and helps to find the problem and rectify it with solutions that will help you overall. The office staff is always friendly and with a smile on their faces. I enjoy coming to the office every visit. They truly feel like family. Thank you Primary Care Waterford Lakes for all that you do.

Ashley DA was so rude and careless. She was about to give my sister a shot without reading her medical records. If you don’t like your job, please quit, or maybe going back to school learning how to read and being a kind person. Lacking of ethical attitude is unacceptable in any jobs. This is not the first time she has had an uncaring attitude. She’s always in a mood. We never wanted to get sick to come to the hospital and bother Ashley, but it was unavoidable.

Also thank you Liz, the one who gave my sister a shot. I didn’t give it 1 star because of her kindness. She did an amazing job. Liz, I wish you the best in your career journey.
