Don't come here, do yourself a favor and find another office. The reception staff is a revolving door and improperly trained. They will literally forget about your appointment and close early for the day with no notification. It takes weeks or even months to even receive the results of your diagnostics. The doctor will not follow up with you. Honestly you're better off going to a Pharmacy for your health needs.

Went there today, and they were the most kindest, respectful and professional Doctors office I have ever visited. From the amazing Office staff and lady who checked my BP/took info who was so very kind to me. To Dr. Aris who has an amazing bedside manner, takes his time, explains everything in great detail so you understand, treats you like a person not just a patient, listens to you and very detail oriented.
I was blown away by the compassion, honesty this amazing office offered.
When you pull in to the parking lot, it is inviting, and has a welcoming vibe. Large waiting room, entrance and exit doors are separate which is great if dealing with sick and well patients.
Exam rooms are clean, bathroom well stocked and clean, everything looks organized, tidy and very clean.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Anyone who says they had a bad experience, is shocking to me. I have never had any Doctor's office treat me as well as this location did.
Prices are fair. Very happy!!! 🙂 Thank you for what you all do I hope you all see this review, because you are amazing and deserve to know it!!!

I started out with Dr. Arias in 2014! This clinic uses to be so caring and understanding and very family oriented ! Now I can barely get a called back , yesterday I was placed on hold for hours, and never returned back to the call! One of their MA’s even got very rude with me for asking about a prior authorization, which they’re not trying to help me resolve! This clinic has gone down here since I first started coming here and I do not recommend! It’s honestly not a passion anymore to help people! Especially when I have reached out to get one prescription filled and they basically blew it off like they don’t care! If you want a great caring facility this is not it! Thank god I hall now have health insurance through my job I will surely be looking elsewhere!! I would give zero stars if I could! It’s not the dr but the MA’s need to get better!

I get great treatment when I am seen. Make an appointment! They will close the office early if they don't have patients. I would not recommend walk-ins. I wish I could get more timely call backs. When calling expect to leave a message. Rarely get a person to answer. I like all the providers but it is frustrating when you get get an answer by phone.

This place is a SCAM. I arrived to an empty parking lot and empty waiting room. I still waited more than 20 minutes just for the receptionist to return and take my paper work and pay the 300 dollars they charge for the immigration “exam”. She then conducted my physical exam. When Doctor Arias finally came to see me after 40 minutes of me being there, he then reviewed my physical exam and began to inform me that they would not conduct the blood or urine test required to complete my medical exam and that I would have to go somewhere else and pay extra to do so, they failed to explain this before the physical exam nor was it stated on their website. I would not recommend this facility to anybody coming here for their immigration medical exam.

They are a team highly professional, friendly and caring staff. The office environment is very bright and clean although I spent almost no time in the waiting area so another plus! I went in for a very annoying pain in my leg and the staff was able to give me immediate relief. I will continue to go there for my family's health care needs, and will refer to anyone looking for a recommendation!

Extremely long wait times, no respect at all for patients schedules. Refused to look at more than one issue per visit while claiming insurance would not pay for it if they did. I called my insurance on webchat (Tricare) asked if they can bill for more than one thing per visit and they said yes they can that it's the Dr's policy not theirs (I have copy of webchat transcript). If that's how you want to run your business fine but don't lie about it. When I did get some lab results every single question I tried to ask about it was answered with "It's fine don't worry". Hands down the worst Dr I've ever encountered in 46 years. Go anywhere else if you can help it.

Husband and wife Steven Lincoln and Jeanette Banta have Healthfirst Health Insurance, since Jeanette is employed part time by Healthfirst. We selected Dr. Erich Arias - Healthy Living Clinic as our Primary Care Physician since he was accepting new patients and was listed in the Healthfirst Physicians guide as accepting this insurance.

Between March 2018 and November 29 2018,a nine month period, both Jeanette and Steven had numerous problems with Dr. Areas and his Healthy Living Clinic.
The problems include serious patient neglect, misfilled and unfilled prescriptions, patient abuse and harassment, failure to perform duties, false advertising and terrible quality of care.

Over 20 problems arose during the nine month period from March through November 2018.
Please see attached spreadsheet (Item A.) listing the individual failures of Dr. Arias and the Healthy Living Clinic in Rockledge, Florida. Many of these problems resulted in risking the health and safety of the patients, including ignoring a patient after being hospitalized for heart problems.
The doctors advertising and web pages (Item B.) falsely state the high level of care and compassion that the doctor and the Healthy Living Clinic provides. We both found this to be entirely untrue. The doctor had an excuse for every error and issue. He blamed the pharmacy, the diagnostic labs, the hospital, the Healthplex facility, the phone system and the fax machine.

I felt it necessary to notify the doctor of the many failures of his office as a courtesy to him. I even made an appointment and offered to pay for that appointment, so he could understand the problems and try to remedy some of the issues. The doctor arrived an hour late for the appointment and he would not even look at my list of numerous failures. He had excuses for everything and would only blame everyone else for his dangerous failures. After being frustrated that the doctor did not care about the problems, I stormed out of the office. He then had the nerve to send the police to my residence (Item C.). Please see attached documents.
