Dr. Barochia literally saved my life!!!
3 years ago, I was rushed to Viera Hospital, pneumonia, stroke, and learned I had Hodgkin non lymphoma, stage 4 cancer.
I was estimated 3 - 6 weeks to live if I survived the night.
I was down to 129 lbs from 210 lbs, the doctor on call that evening wasn't very pleasant and her bedside manners lacked compassion, aI felt like I was a bother to her.
Thank God Dr. Barochia took over my case, he immediately started an aggressive treatment to stabilize my pneumonia, scheduled transport to Cape Canaveral hospital for emergency pick through my arm to start chemo treatment. I did not have a port yet, and I Cancelled my health insurance a year and half prior.
Dr Barochia, of his own accord, did this and saved my life!. 3 years later, my hair grew back, I now weigh 190lbs and working hard to stay alive.
Dr Barochia is caring, compassionate, understanding and brilliant!. Dr Barochia is the gold medal standard that every doctor should emulate!.

I would not recommend Dr. Barocia at all. When you see an Oncologist/Hematologist obviously you want details. I had several questions and his answers were nonchalant. He doesn't have empathy you would expect from any doctor much less an Oncologist. He is not thorough in his explanations and does not thoroughly go over test results. The only reason I even gave this review a one is because the staff was very nice from check-in, blood work, and checking out. Otherwise I would recommend a more compassionate and thorough doctor.
