Dr. Yates is wonderful. However, getting someone to answer the phone and return phone calls is very hard. Even using the patient portal can take days for a response.

Dr.Yates is wonderful. She doesn't make me feel crazy but always explores what my symptoms could be. She dosent just see a fat girl and say lose weight, she looks at overall health not waiste size.
