I bumped the stars up to a 3 ONLY because of Ben at the Oviedo sleep study. (He is great) Everyone else would get 1 or 2 stars. After my first sleep test stated I had a severe issue I was told I’d hear from Total Sleep Management within 2 weeks.. I didn’t so I called them.. I was told nothing was even processed yet and they are short staffed. (It’s unprofessional to give excuses) Two more weeks passed and the doctor had to contact them. Finally they called and a week later I did a second study. And was told they’d have the results finalized within 7-9 days.. NOPE still nothing .. my doctors office reached out AGAIN and was told there’s results but they are not finalized. It’s very frustrating.. I have had a coworker and a friend start this process after me and they had their machines before I had my second sleep test. They did not use Total Sleep Management.. unfortunately I didn’t know there was a choice!

Great staff, comfy beds! It's a place where you go to figure out why you're not sleeping, but then you get hooked up with a million wires which makes it tough to sleep! Sleep apnea is a real thing and the process works.

I really thought that this was gonna be a total total cluster mess. It was a little bit inconvenient with everything hooked up to me, but it worked out just fine. I got there about 8 PM and left about 5 AM and they got enough information to determine that I have mild sleep apnea, I wish I could remember the girls name that was running things that night, but she was very good at what she does

Can’t say enough about the tech who cared for me overnight. Very professional, polite and caring. Room was clean and well appointed. It just wasn’t sound proof. Hearing Motorcycles, ambulance, general traffic and the air handler didn’t help.

Very clean nice beautiful rooms with intercom so you can reach the nurse without having to get out of the bed with all the wires on you.

I don't know about being watched. I was very aware of it during my sleep so most of the issues I experience at home I didn't experience here.
