Island Direct Primary Care has truly redefined what primary care should be. I’ve been a patient for the past 6 months, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Dr. John is a remarkably intelligent and thorough practitioner who has created a practice that puts patients first. The systems in place make communicating with the care team effortless, and the partnerships they’ve established with local pharmacies and labs have saved me a significant amount of money—far less than I was paying before switching. The flexible scheduling is unmatched, and since joining, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in both my appearance and overall health. I can’t thank Dr. John and the incredible staff (Dani and Kristin especially) enough for their care and dedication. Island Direct is how primary care should be.

Dr’s John, Nola, Stephanie, and the team are great! I present challenges yet I have always been respected here… The team absolutely allows you to involved in your care while also using their expertise to help guide you…. Never been to a more respectful primary care clinic. If you don’t have insurance, they have a monthly subscription program that gives you access. That is something really needed in the US as so many don’t have access to primary care. This team is absolutely empathetic, compassionate, understanding, and willing to involve you in your own care… I don’t know if it’s my place to say it as they don’t do it for credit but they even volunteer and help the homeless at a designated point and time! This is truly an amazing group who go beyond simple health care to help others! Very happy to have met them and would recommend them to anyone…

Everyone is friendly and professional but you are still treated with a "local" feel. I love the experience level and knowledge of both traditional and functional medicine.
