I have been using the Ulta Salon in Titusville, FL. to get my hair cut for several years. Shaelynn, has cut my hair twice & I am pleased at her listening to my concerns. & her attention to detail. Always happy with the results & I get so many compliments when I'm out & about. Highly recommend Shaelynn.

In my opinion, this specific Ulta location is the best out of all the locations I have been too. I say this because all of the staff at this location are absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. If they don't have whatever I am looking for, I will ask to order it for me online or I will order it through the app, instead of going to a different location. The team at this location works so cohesively together. The staff here is so helpful and kind. I am a regular at this location.

The workers there are rude, disrespectful, and overbearing. They seems suspicious of us stealing but wouldn’t say anything to our face. The main reason they were suspicious was because we had our backpacks since we’d just walked from school. They kept making rude remarks and kept following us and watching us. ai understand it’s their job to watch out for shoplifters but the rude remarks were immature and unprofessional on their behalf.

I would like to share my story on here. It’s a long one so be ready .

Last Friday I had gotten my hair done by a hair stylist there, named Shayne (not to be mixed up with the absolutely amazing Shay who works there!) Shayne, did my hair and the entire appointment I felt unheard, like I was an inconvenience, and that she didn’t really want to be there. My hair was three shades of wrong, and the whole appointment was rough. I ended up leaving, and going home. After one wash, the color faded and I realized she missed a few spots so I called up to Ulta . The first person I spoke with was Sabrina the Sales manager (she was SO amazing, kind and friendly) She had Shayne reach out to me and Shayne acted as though she was being heavily inconvenienced and that she didn’t want to do it. Verbatim I had said “I’ll take a refund because it seems as thought you don’t want to fix it (this is after back and forth with six phone calls of her saying “I’ll call you back” ) After about an hour of trying to get her to fix my hair she said she’d schedule me with Shaylynn .

Flash forward to today :
I come into the Salon and instantly am greeted with Sabrina, and Shaylynn. Both of them were absolutely amazing and helpful . Shaylynn fixed my hair, explained everything and was absolutely amazing. At first I was going to start finding a new place to go but Sabrina and Shaylynn changed my mind! I will definitely be booking with Shaylynn again. I feel so confident and happy and my hair looks amazing. Thank you shaylynn and Sabrina so much !
To those who are looking for a new stylist Shaylynn has my vote! She’s so talented, and amazing! Thank you Shaylynn and Sabrina!
