Thank you all for helping my family. I appreciate the hard work Fino, Roy, Karla, and the receptionist always taking our calls and orders. KUDOS! I have been using this company for about 3 months now and no issues. I order and they deliver it a couple days later.

Horrible customer service. They took my prescription and sent me a breast pump that doesn't work. Stacy, the lady who is in charge of the breast pumps actually suggested I didn't know how to plug it in instead of admit there is a problem with the machine. The manager has yet to call me back. They are making me go through the manufacture when I am 36 pregnant with twins scheduled for my c section in 2 weeks. I know have to deal with the warranty department from Specra when I have plenty of other things to take care of. Who knows when I will have my refurbished breast pump when I should have a brand new one from my prescription. Really wish I had doen more research and gone with a more reputable company. I would not use this company. They clearly are not out for their customers and only about what they can get from you.

I don't understand the negative reviews since we have never had an issue. Twice, Fino has ordered a U-Step Walker for my husband and no problems!! Personally, we feel he goes above and beyond to help people. Was very happy when we were told from insurance that we be dealing with him again!

I'd like to thank Florida Home Health Equipment and Supplies for hiring Ms. Beatrice Simpson. She has been actively helping me to get a Bariatric Medical 3 in 1 commode. It has been since February of 2021. She placed a call to me today and told me we were finally done. She has helped me to be patient with the Medicaid system, she has taught me to be more patient with all systems that you have to go through with dealing with the government. She has been kind, she has been caring, and she has been patient as well. So, thank you so much Ms. Simpson for all your hard work and your many calls to different agencies to get this done for me. YOU GO GIRL!!!

After calling multiple Medical Equipment companies in my area, and being told that they could not order me a hospital breast pump, I searched out of state. I found Florida Home Health Equipment in network with my insurance company, and gave them a call. The process was very easy, and in 1 week I had my Ameda Platinum Hospital pump. High recommendations!

Really ZERO STARS!
Do not go here if you want something right away! I waited from September 20th,2017 or so for Mastectomy bras, called them a few times, finally the last time I called on December 15th, 2017, and was told I can't get them until next year!!!! I ended up going with "A place for Her" in Plant City, and they fit me in within a week, and I will go there for now on, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!

I was told they close at 5:30pm took a 50 min drive just to pick up her breast pump, which by the way they called us at 3 that they had the pump. We got to the location at 5:15pm and everything was closed, they where on the way out and there's nothing they can do because its all lock up.
