Lenny was great throughout my knee replacement recovery. He was literally hands on and by my side during every therapy session. Lenny knew how to help me push beyond the pain to make continous progress in my recovery. He also gave me the mental encouragement that I needed to help get me through a rough recovery. He even prepared a plan of exercises that I could do at home to continue to strengthen my knee and leg post therapy. This was by far, absolutely the best experience I have had for any Physical Therapy. I would definitely recommend Fray & Stafford.

One of the few places left that provides one on one service. Also, the physical therapists explain the mechanics of WHY the troubles are happening and take the time to help you work to put your movements back the way they should be functioning. This place is an answer to prayer!

Fray & Stafford is a wonderful place to go for physical therapy. Everyone there is so upbeat and friendly. I suffered from 3 ankle fractures requiring surgery in March. When it was time for me to start therapy I was in a large boot and using a walker. Eight weeks after working with Nathan I am now walking without using any kind of assistive device and I feel great! I am so appreciative of Nathan’s knowledge and encouragement. He pushed me to do things I never thought were possible when I began such as balancing on the wobble board! But he insisted and I persevered and it sure paid off. Thank you, Nathan, for your humor, your kindness and great therapy!

My mom has had both knees replaced and saw Robert Fray. He has also helped me with my ankle injury. Robert is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is so patient and kind. You always receive one on one care. This place is just phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I want to add another 5 star review. My back Dr sent me to PT for shocking back pain at night. After the second session where I started working the exercises I have not had pain. Lenny was great in teaching me the routines that I can continue. All of the therapists made everyone welcome. Not a stuffy medical setting, very relaxing.

Fray and Stafford is an awesome physical therapy location. Robert Fray was my therapist and he did a fantastic job rehabbing my knee after my total knee replacement. He explained each phase of the healing process and helped keep me on track. Six weeks post surgery, I have my range of motion back, walking over 2 miles at a time, and getting my leg strength back. Thanks Robert, you guys are great!
