As a behavioral health, mental health, and addictions counselor - I never hesitate to send clients in the direction of Spearhead Health when they need more support, structure, or care than I alone am able to offer them. The case management services landscape unfortunately has a fair amount of over promising and under delivering - and thank goodness Spearhead Health is in the OVER DELIVERING business.

Spearhead Health were helpful in navigating a family and friends challenge as a team, connecting to resources and fully organizing an intervention. Before we found Spearhead, we were struggling on getting the people with the right competencies we needed to navigate a very complex situation. We are glad and blessed that we finally found Spearhead to help us through this challenge.

Their approach is very detailed, thoughtful and collaborative. And most importantly- it works ! The people they helped are now in a safe place and recovering towards a fulfilled life !

Definitely a great experience with Spearhead. They offer a wide range of services for people in need. When I helped arrange transportation for one of my clients, spearhead was on the ball with everything. Constant communication is key and that’s exactly what was provided. Mental health and addiction treatment is an extremely difficult terrain to navigate but Spearhead Health is a breath of fresh air. Ryan and Dean are humble in their approach to working with clients. They don't simply refer people to dogmatic 12 step ideology, or profess the idea that there is a black and white path toward recovery. their approach is nuanced and rooted in humility, which is so needed in the recovery world right now. Spearhead Health does their best to introduce clients and families to Scientifically grounded treatment recommendations, always understanding that what is right for one individual, may not be right for another. If I wanted to get helped for a Loved one, I would reach out to them first due to their forward-thinking mindset in regards to issues of addiction and mental health issues, as well as their non-judgmental approach. The fact that they treat clients as individuals, and human-beings first, rather then just "addicts", opens people up to a less judgement filled and more honest approach to dealing with these matters. Spearhead health can help those struggling with addiction, or their families figure out how to move forward without judgement or shame, but with Hope, purpose, and a well put together plan for the clients journey toward healing.
