So I called last Tuesday January 2 to see if there were any openings and the first available was Jan 22. The lady I spoke with took my name and number and said I will talk to the Dr. to see if we can get you in sooner. She advised she would call me back the same day after she spoke with the Dr. as he was seeing patients. I said ok. Well it’s now going on almost a week later and no phone call. As a new patient I would have expected a courtesy call back to let me know either way. I mean is this how you treat your regular patients? To the Lady at the desk who answered the phone and didn’t call me back to tell me if I could get an early appointment I had to go to an Urgent Care which I ended up being diagnosed with RSV.

I have been a patient for over a decade and highly recommend Dr. Rasul. He is very compassionate and has wonderful bedside manner. I love that he doesn't push unneeded pills or surgery. In a world of 5-10 minute physician care I am very thankful that he takes the time with his patients and really looks at the big picture. I would not trust my health to anyone else.

Will not even schedule appt unless you GO IN to office, get paperwork and return it. Will NOT mail to you, you have to get it in person!
