I love this doctor and his staff. The doctor listens to you. You do not feel rushed. If you want tests performed he has no problems ordering tests. The back staff are friendly as well.

The worst experience with any Dr office I have ever had, and did not even make it past the first phone call to schedule a new patient appointment. I had a few questions before deciding and was rudely cutoff to be told, that "if that is the only reason you want to see us then we don't want you". I was willing to switch my PCP to them if that was my only option, but I absolutely will not work with a Dr whose staff will not hold a respectful conversation.

I had been a customer of Dr. Itani for over 15 years and realized today that they incorrectly refilled my medication when I ordered my last refill in February. I only realized this today is because I ran out and searched through my box of medications and couldn't locate my Duloxetine. My pharmacy attempted to get this refilled but I was treated dismissively by Dr. Itani's office staff even though they were informed of their error by the licensed pharmacist. They told my pharmacist I needed to schedule an appointment and they would not correct their error without one. I called the office and was told that I had to make an appointment, yet I was there a few months ago (within their mandated “appointment for medication refills schedule” window) and this particular medication was taken over by them from another doctor. I was treated rudely by the receptionist named "Cheyenne" and she would not even allow me to speak to her supervisor or the office manager. She hung-up on me when I politely demanded to speak to the manager, who knows me [personally] as a long-time patient. Nobody should be treated this way, especially when it was the office at fault. I understand the “Itani Family” is going through a lot of personal issues right now, but the least they should do is respect their patients who understand and empathize with their situation.

I've been using Dr. Itani as my PCP for the past 3 1/2 years. I love going to the office. Everyone has great positive energy
I had a situation last week and within minutes the paper I needed was sent. It actually saved my life. I'm grateful for the staff (Katlin, Claire., Mrs. Itani , PA Nicky and of course Dr. Itani. Special group of people 🥰

I've been a patient of Dr. Itani for many years and I am so glad I found him. I've never had to wait long for an appointment, 4 to 5 days at the most, many times the same day. The staff has always been very friendly and respectful towards me. Itani has always spent time with me, never rushing, and takes the time to answer all of my questions - and I ask A LOT of questions. He has always treated me like a friend, greeting me warmly and exchanges small talk with me about things we have in common. I can't see going to any other doctor when I have Itani. I see other comments complaining about getting subscriptions, and I know the Federal Government has passed numerous laws restricting refills and pill amounts of almost every medication you can name - all in the name of stopping drug abuse. It's a perfect example of a few ruining it for everyone else. Personally, I have NO complaints whatsoever regarding Dr. Itani or the office staff.
