It the best behavior health in FL top 1st. Great Dr and great top 1st nurse all time they help me changed my medication and they increased my medication. The food was great. I just wish we have a soda machine in the cafeteria. There group all day long morning till 3 pm the group are the best. I was there for 4 days.

The staff above truly care about the patients there, responding to request in a timely manner, making sure you are comfortable and your needs met. I was treated with kindness and respect. I can honestly say this mental health facility saved my life. From the moment I checked in to inpatient care, I was met with kindness and compassion. Gabe, the nurse who calmed me down when I was completely overwhelmed, made such a difference during one of the hardest moments of my life. Dr. Scholl, my first doctor, helped me understand why I needed to be there and worked tirelessly to get my medication balanced and effective.

The inpatient therapists were phenomenal, offering support and guidance when I needed it most.

When I transitioned to the Intensive Outpatient Therapy program, I was blown away by the dedication of the team. Dr. A fights for every single patient, ensuring they receive the care they deserve. Ziggy, the program director and therapist, is truly incredible—an inspiring leader and a mind-blowing therapist. Marilyn keeps everything running smoothly at the front desk and greets everyone with kindness and warmth. Dawn Renee is a ray of sunshine, keeping us laughing while offering incredible insight as a therapist.

This facility is filled with people who genuinely care about their patients. I’ll forever be grateful for the support and tools they’ve given me to heal and move forward in my life. If you’re struggling, this is the place to go.

Palm Point helped save my life! I entered inpatient in a crisis situation and was met with kindness and compassion. I met Ms. Ziggy at a session during inpatient, and I knew that I needed to be a part of the group therapy after discharge. Ms. Ziggy, Ms. Dawn and Ms. Marilyn are always so caring and I feel heard during IOP. I will always be grateful for all of the help that has been given to me at Palm Point.

I just got out of here after staying for a fortnight, and, honestly, I would go back if need be. The food was usually good; some meals were admittedly better than others, and the staff could be inconsistent in how they enforced what rules, but certain ones were chill (Carlos comes to mind first, but also T and another tech I forgot the name of). It was relatively disorganised but that usually didn't bother me all that much.

This place is elite. They helped me so much! I didn’t feel ashamed anymore of what I had been thru. Nurse John and the Blue Shirt Ezzy need a raise- it’s to point, as I make progress with getting back out productively in community and getting a job, getting out patient therapy, and learning to be appropriately handle an anxiety attack- this place is the best. My only complaint is they are short staffed on blue shirt workers and they often leave activity room for ? And some PATIENTS start issues and when the blue shirts walk back in, the troubled PATIENTS pretend to be asleep or stop and the the other PATIENTS they were harassing mentally and physically are so upset and they sit back and laugh at them when the blue shirts don’t know why so and so became so aggravated in the two minutes they had to step out.
This is the only issue here - they are short staffed on blue shirts. I don’t care what they get paid, pay them more and hire more.

I went in with an active DVT in leg, no blood thinner on me, in shock from things I had experienced and had just witnessed at home.
Palm point got me a blood thinner right away and helped me greatly.
They didn’t shame me for my religion, or anxiety attacks.
When I couldn’t handle red sauce at dinner because I have severe acid reflux that was confirmed in a Barrum Swollow study- they prepared a chef salad for me that night.

If I were to choose a place to be treated for mental health, this is where I would want to be. Every treatment plan is individualized and patient centered. The patients are treated with respect and dignity throughout their entire stay whether it is inpatient or outpatient programs. All the staff are very friendly and compassionate. I would recommend this to all my family and friends to come here if they were in any type of crisis.
