Really liked my PA, Jacklyn Xavier and the front desk folks.

The Ochoa doctors, not so much. A bit strange and quirky. They’d gotten angry that I’d left their substandard hospital where they’d worked, to go to a far nicer one in Rockledge and said they’d now refuse to take me as a client. My daughter spoke with other health professionals and an attorney friend who said that was a strange reaction of them which they’d never heard of. Good riddance. Got a better GP too now.

TRICARE BEWARE. I was assigned a doctor here as my PCM. I was asked to come into the office to fill out a new patient packet, which was then thrown onto a pile of other new patient packets. They said they'd call me in a few weeks to set up an appointment once they got through the packets before me... Never got a call. I called multiple times to see if I was just able to make an appointment and was told they still hadn't been able to get my packet into the system. After 2 months of just waiting to set up an appointment (while desperately in need of a gyno referral) I called Tricare and asked to have my PCM switched, my new PCM was able to see me in a week... The new patient process at this office is absolutely absurd. If you added people into the system as they came in for appointments (like every other medical provider does) you wouldn't get so backed up on it. Additionally, the front desk woman was rude and clearly had no time for me with all the non existent people waiting in the lobby and packets she clearly wasn't entering into the system.

An opportunistic clinic scavenging on the sick
and their insurance providers rather than finding solutions. They refused to excuse my work absences due to insomnia unless I complied with their medical team to be tested & fitted for sleep apnea through their sister clinic under the guise of medical professionalism. And became upset when I paid for the CPAP machine outright.

I'll be finding a doctor with honor and integrity who values solutions over pill-pushing &
