Mission Family Medicine always presents a clean, welcoming atmosphere, from the moment you step in the door, to the checkout at the end. The staff provides personable, considerate service.

Dr. Marshall provides a laid-back, non-alarmist approach to treatment. She ensures her patients feel comfortable and safe in her care. She provides practical wisdom for natural, healthy upkeep, and caters to her patient's concerns and needs. She is highly knowledgeable and treats each patient as an individual. I cannot recommend her enough.

I would highly recommend Mission Family Medicine. I have seen Kylie Woodhouse twice now and every time she is so sweet, joyful and attentive to my concerns. She really listens to all my concerns and questions and really cares about keeping me healthy and happy! The entire office staff is so nice and friendly. I saw PA Kylie today. I left there feeling so happy with how amazing she was!! From the front desk staff being so kind and friendly to PA Kylie they were by far the best practice I have ever been too!! Kylie listened to my concerns and came up with a plan of care. Mission family medicine is an awful corporation that doesn't give a crap about their patients. I tried to get an appointment as a new patient, and they provide no way over the phone or online to set up an appointment as a new patient. They require you to print out a non-editable form and physically take it into their office in order to get established as a new patient. It's like these people live in the 70s. You can't even get an appointment for the same day. They told me that the next available appointment would be several weeks out. These people are evil.

Exceptional care!
I am so pleased with the service from Mission Family Medicine. Dr. Baker Mathew and all staff went above and beyond to help us feel safe and comfortable. My 4-year-old got a gash on her forehead and needed stitches. They took us in right away and stitched up the wound flawlessly. I feel very blessed to have such great clinic for my family.

I am a former patient of Matthew Baker who formerly was a (PA) Physician Assistant prior to joining Mission. I am a dinosaur about technology & getting around to typing a review. My experience of having Matt on my health care team was nothing but positive. He not only was very professional about his work, agreed to be a clinical instructor for other students in PA schools. Listening to patients concerns I feel is highly important + applying skilled techniques to make an educated decision on what & how to remedy the concern. I feel Matt's students will benefit greatly by having him 'take them thru' there time spent in his clinical rotation.
