It is like home! The whole staff are super nice, kind, helpful and professional. They work efficiently and they saved my life when i had an emergency and they acted very quickly. I trust them with my health completely as they took care of my health after facing so many issues and they treated me from all of them. Great care! Nurse Nayly and Dr. Skop were wonderful! Dr. Skop is the most real doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. No bullshit in his office! Just down to earth solutions and awesome care. If you've ever felt like your PCPs didn't listen to you then they will feel like a gust of fresh air. Could not recommend more!!

The team is amazing. They were able to set up a virtual visit same day to address my needs. I was struggling to get an appointment with a specialist in an appropriate timeline (3 months out) and they just told me to relax, I am in good hands, and they would take care scheduling for me. DR. Kopicnic is just the best doctor I've ever had. Bernadette the office manager is on top of everything and really is the best!
There is one thing about this office that's not so great and that's the answering service. It's just bad. Messages don't get to the doctor which means no returned phone calls. The other day I called to make an appointment and there were roosters cock-a-doing!

My experience with Home Phycians Group has always been great, I have spoken with different staff members and they are all very nice , my parents see Jaime Machado, Jaime and his team are always ready to answer all of my concerns regarding my parents, I always receive a call from Lillian after every visit to see if my parents are doing ok and if they need anything she is very pleasant to speak with. I'm very happy with the care my parents receive from Home Physicians Group Team, Thank you to all the staff.

I actually enjoy going to the Dr. Everyone is so nice. The medical assistant Naylynn takes very good care of me when I come in, helpful and returns all calls regarding whatever questions I may have. She really is great.

Today, for the first time in many years, I was able to find a doctor who cares about my well-being as a patient and took the time to listen to me and address the source of my discomfort without having to immediately resort to medication. Recommend this office also speak Spanish. Love it !!
