I just want to thank Mr Randy for coming to my aid asap. I had been calling multiple departments at the VA, sending emails to patient advocates etc telling them my scooter was broken and I had lost Randy’s card. Losing his card was my fault, and as soon as Randy became aware I was in need, he literally rushed to help me. He is kind and a true gentleman, and now I have his business sticker on my wheels and his card saved somewhere I’ll never lose it. Thank you for giving us our “scoot scoot” back, Mr Randy! I needed to find a better medical supply store than what Ocala offers and surfed Gainesville. I found several and decided to check out Randy’s business. Right away, Randy took charge and made us feel comfortable and provided options for my husband’s needs. In no time, we rolled out of the store with a wheelchair. My husband, a large man, has a rare progressive neurological disease and is hard on his equipment. Therefore, his wheelchair needed to be maintained. I called Randy and he told me to stop by his office before our next appointment, he would provide us with a loaner. When we returned, he had the wheelchair tighten, secured and a brake had to be replaced. He did not charge us for his labor or the part. Also, Randy took the chair to my car and put it in the trunk. That means a lot to a caregiver, who has had a long day out of their home and still has an hour’s drive back home. Without a doubt, I would recommend Randy Sperring’s Medical Supplies and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with a recent purchase of a wheelchair from Randy Sperring's Medical Supplies. My dad had purchased several "Drive" brand wheelchairs over the years for my mother and now for himself. They wear out quickly! Arm rests break off and seat cushion gets worn to the point that it becomes unusable. Randy pointed this out and suggested a higher quality brand. It cost a bit more, but I expect the lifespan will be significantly greater. Further, I was leaving town before the wheelchair would be delivered to my father, but Randy was happy to deliver the fully constructed item directly to my father and remove the used "Drive" product in my absence. He called to confirm and I was super happy! Don't waste your time looking at online ordering from Walmart, etc. Trust a professional: Randy Sperring.
