Incompetent is being kind. Ordered meds for my 🐶. The first time they didn't have it, said they would have to order it.I called to see if it was ready? They said it was never ordered. They have a new vendor and would order it again. They never called me to let me know it was ready. I called to pick it up. Now they've put it back on the shelf. Now the RX has expired and they will have to get a refill authorized from the vet before they will fill it. What I was trying to avoid. It isn't hard to order meds contact people when they are filled and put a label on a box. Your Reviews show how bad "YOU", SUCK!!! It's not everyone else's fault zero stars..... Love the grocery side.I was a pharmacy technician, we called other stores to get meds if necessary. I'm glad this was just meds for my dog. Go to Titusville Discount pharmacy for my prescriptions, they have delivered meds for me after hours when my dad was passing. They are what a hometown pharmacy should be. I won't have anything else filled at this Publix.

Love Publix!!! Always nice and courteous. Helpful. The pharmacy is the best, not a complaint can be given from me.

Worst customer service ever. The staff absolutely has no idea that customer service exists. The Female Doctor on staff is rude and doesn't care. Publix really failed in training the pharmacy staff. I will be calling corporate. The Pharmacist says she never gets any complaints well I guess she doesn't check her reviews. This pharmacy has the lowest google rating of any Publix pharmacy. Jen you should be ashamed of yourself. And note to Publix corporate... get these people trained or swapped out.

Although Publix pharmacy is not my primary pharmacy, I have used this location (2000 Cheney Hwy, Titusville, FL 32780) several times in the past year. They have never failed me, have always been polite and knowledgeable. Also, the staff has gone above and beyond by helping me locate the best price on certain prescriptions... On a few occasions they directed me to a pharmacy that was not a Publix pharmacy! They should get extra points for that! Although I have not dropped my four-star rating of this location, the last two visits have not been pleasant; If it continues, I will adjust my review accordingly.

Let me start by saying that I am thankful that I never actually followed through on becoming a patron of this pharmacy. All of the other recent, negative reviews would appear to be absolutely on point. I attempted to have one of my regular prescriptions sent to this pharmacy, as my insurance had changed and the pharmacist was so very nasty and rude when she called me to inform that I would not be able to fill it there because they are turning away people for that medication. I am so glad that I didn't have my other prescriptions transferred there. It's tragic when someone in "customer service" makes the customer feel like an imposition to be serviced.

Don’t even want to give the one star. My husband and I have our prescriptions there for years. Pharmacist Jen has never been pleasant or helpful. Was just in there today around 1:30pm and she was so annoyed that she had to wait on me. Not sure why she is always so angry and rude.

In my opinion this is the worst pharmacy in the area. When scripts are sent over from different doctors they frequently claim they didn't get it. A script was called in for a family member at 9 am. I tried to pick it up at 11:30 and was told it would take an hour. They didn't get a simple antibiotic filled until 2 pm. They had zero customers in line at 11:30. I don't do business with this pharmacy and never will. I do pick up scripts for other family members there when there are few other options. I wish my other family members would stop doing business with Publix pharmacy.

I have had my daily prescription filled at this Publix location for a few years now. I’ve never had a problem up until the last few times I’ve had to have my prescription refilled. I have it filled every 90 days and it is a controlled medication. I understand there are strict regulations on the pharmacists and I’ve never once asked them to step outside of the realm of those boundaries. This is the third time I’ve had an issue and ironically, the same female pharmacist has been on duty all three times. The last two issues were based around the dates of the medication being filled. She was using a calculator and adding the days by counting the weeks versus just simply counting the days on a calendar which would leave me without my daily medication for 1-3 days. The last time it happened, I said to her, “Ma’am, you’re an educated woman. I’m certain you’ve been taught the ability to count days on a calendar,” as she was being beyond unprofessional and told me, “If you want it faster, perhaps you should go to another pharmacy.”

Astonished at the complete lack of respect and professionalism that one would expect of how a local Publix Pharmacist would carry themself, not to mention the fact that PUBLIX, the southern charm grocery store we all love, would allow any medical “professional” to represent their brand in that manner... mind blown.

Well, since my last debacle with this female pharmacist at the Colonial Coast Crossing Publix Pharmacy, 96 days ago (I gave her mathematical incompetence a few extra days this time), I call in to confirm they received the prescription from my doctor today. The pharmacy technician, Alyssa called me back to tell me that they were unable to fill my prescription. I asked if they were out of stock of the medication or are the dates mysteriously off again? She said, “No, we’re just not filling your prescription any longer.” Seriously?... “You can call tomorrow and speak to the pharmacy manager if you like.”

Mind you, I’ll be out of my daily medication as of tomorrow. I’m a combat wounded veteran and quite frankly I’m pretty blown away and disgusted at the representation of Publix by this group of medical “professionals,” and the personal chip on their shoulders they have for me challenging their ability to count days in the past. What’s even more disgusting is that PUBLIX has a PHARMACIST on their payroll and continues to let her act in this manner... You should be ashamed, Publix.
