I have not once had a good experience with the dental offices at the Milton location. First and foremost, they never ever answer the phone and there's no point in leaving them a message because they never return phone calls. If they take a message and advise they will call you back, they don't. And this has been consistent for the last two years. Because of their lack of care of concern, it makes it impossible to see them as the only way to schedule in to go in person. But then, they are closed, or out to lunch. So again, it's more difficult than it needs to be. The last cleaning that was done on my two children, the hygienist was incredibly rough, causing sore gums and bleeding. I needed to see them for a crown (which they were unable to do - have to seek services elsewhere). Most recently, I walked in the office to schedule regular cleanings and they were "out to lunch" at around 3pm. Not a problem, but now I have to go up there again since we know they don't know what a telephone is. Before that, about a month ago, I went up there and asked specifically about walk in hours for emergencies. Receptionist wrote down Monday - Thursday from 8-1pm. Well, apparently not, because I sent someone up there on a Tuesday and they were advised they don't see anyone on Tuesdays and they need to drive all the way to Fairfield location in Pensacola. Exactly what you want to hear during an EMERGENCY situation..."sorry, go elsewhere". Do better. Most of the clientele at your location are no insurance or low income. Doesn't mean we don't deserve good quality care.

After finding Community Health Dental on my insurance page, I called to schedule a new pt appt. While on hold, I simultaneously pulled up the google listing. That’s when I came across the reviews. Once the woman picked up the phone & I had decided to hold off on scheduling (due to my concern over the online reviews-but I didn’t say that). When I told her I would call back to schedule, she just HUNG UP! No ‘thank u”, ‘goodbye’, or ANYTHING! Wow.. do better Community Health. 🤯

The girls up front can’t handle a simple task like scheduling a damn appointment! Waited three months for my daughter to get a filling done and this lady cancels it three days prior to being seen and rudely tells me we have to reschedule for three more months out. My daughters tooth will need a root canal by then. This lady is the one that made the appointment and then tells me someone must’ve scheduled us wrong because they don’t do appts at 11:45AM. WTH!

10 days later I talked to two different ppl and still nothing has changed. My daughter is still suffering from a painful cavity.🤦🏼‍♂️🙄

This place is UNBELIEVABLE!!! They canceled my son’s appointment didn’t tell me why sent the cancellation in a text the day before his appointment, told me to call and reschedule and when I called to do that no answer no matter what time of the day I call and I’ve left messages to be called back and I still haven’t been contacted this was 27Aug24 today is 7Sep24 and I have been calling every day!! I actually switched to them thinking they would be better but I see I made the Wrong Choice!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did. UNBELIEVABLE They finally answered the phone yesterday 19Sep24 and gave me their next appointment which is 11Dec24!! And the reason they cancelled his appointment, the doctor wasn’t going to be there that day!🤔 I’m currently looking for a new dentist!😩

I have no complaints with this office other than being hard to get ahold of on the phone. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Neisha was amazing. Has I waited, I witnessed her go above and beyond for a few patients. She was professional, caring, and personable with everyone she can in contact with. Her smile brighten my day and renewed my belief customer service is still alive.

They definitely live up to the reviews. I've called repeatedly and left several messages over the past week. The same with the office in pensacola. No one answers the phone or calls back. At this point I'm wondering why these offices are even still open. Considering reporting to a higher official not that anyone in these God forsaken offices cares. People shouldn't be treated less because they're on medicaid.
