I can not believe the low ratings. We have received excellent medical care and the staff has always been friendly and professional. In all my years around Military installations, this Pharmacy gives the fastest service, while never making you feel like you are just a number. My one and only complaint would be that the chain of command board is missing pictures and names and it is now March.

Today I run out of my BP pills and I called in for refill but I don't get it until few days later.
I went to the place and spoke to a lady in the counter and she gave me some to cover the next few days of prescription. I was out there in 15 minutes. The lady was so kind, very helpful. Thank God for wonderful people.

The pharmacy is a nightmare and huge time waste. They’ve reverted to the days of waiting in long lines before getting to activate a prescription, then return a day later to wait over an hour again just to give your name and pick it up when it’s ready. What happened to the tickets where you could at least see the first person quickly, then choose to go about your day or sit and wait. It’s unacceptable to have to wait 1.5 hr just to pick up a prescription that’s already filled and bagged. Whenever possible, I will pay to use a retail pharmacy from now on.

Pharmacy has new rules. Patient never told about new rules, now patient has to drive another 30 min to get perscription. They need to come out of the ice age and get new technology and Doctors, nurses, and any staff that has contact with patients need to let them know of the new policies everytime. So patients are not out placed. There is also a training issue all staff need to be updated on pharmacy policies

Zero Stars if I could. Complete trash. Been here 4 years. Live in Milton around the corner and will drive 45 min to NAS Pen pharmacy or go out in town before going here. No leadership and no accountability. The facility OIC should be embarrassed. Absolutly discraceful.

The DOD Branch PHARMACY at NAS WHITING FIELD Medical Clinic has become World Class in its commitment and Service to Members ,Retirees, and their families. After some change pains earlier this year the Staff has worked so hard to help us every step of the way. Well Done!

They keep changing the „rules“. Now is only call-In by the physicians allowed. No more written prescriptions.
Before there were always problems with faxing it. That’s why I always bring it in. A not so friendly woman sent me home and made me come the next day. Supposedly the pharmacist is only there afternoons.
I only take 2 prescriptions and wasn’t aware of those changes. They can at least inform the patients.
