It’s convenient because it’s by the house, and the prices are lower than tractor supply for the most part. But three people working talking about where to get breakfast, I was not acknowledged the entire time I was there not by the two guys standing at the counter, or the girl at the register even after I purchased something. Zero other customers in the store, no bag offered either.

Spent almost 700$$ dollars at this location about 3 weeks ago bought a crossbow and it only come with 3 target arrows asked if ordering more Bolts was possible Jeff behind counter said write your name& number down should have them in around 2 weeks well called back down a few days ago and I recognized this persons voice I had an experience with him 3 months back when trying to talk with him he ROLLED HIS FINGER at me in a circle and made a facial expression as to say hurry up no one else was in the area just me so I tell this person what Jeff told me he says we don't order during the off season meaning deer season i happen to be an avid hunter and you can hog hunt year round&coyote hunt year round who back there is right&who is wrong please teach this person better customer relations that should be very important i left 3 stars because Jeff was great to deal with ill take my business elsewhere

We were looking for casters for our patio chairs. The store manager found exactly what we needed and ordered enough to get all our chairs fixed. Then she showed me a small battery powered blower by Milwaukee that we got also. The manager and staff were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. What a great experience with a great sales team.

It's a good store they have a lot of items for a store this size. A lot of the pvc fittings are 20% more than the stores in Titusville but this is the only hardware store in the north end of the county. it's worth the convenience of driving 12 miles.

This place is the best. Staff are wonderful, and very helpful. We also like the fact that we can get our propane tanks filled there. We are snowbirds, and that to us is such a great service.

Has a gun a gun store inside. This hardware store has very reasonable prices. My "go to" place for hardware and I am glad it is here. The big box stores are 17 miles from my house in either direction. Plus the big box stores do not have the genuine customer service this store has.
