I contacted this doctors office explaining in detail that I was a new patient looking for a good doctor and from the reviews, I thought she was a nice fit but when I begin corresponding with her receptionist (who never said she wasn't taking new patients) through email, she collected all of my personal information, including photos of my health insurance cards and afterward, she tells me that the doctor said she doesn't know me so she won't take me as a new patient and tried to push me off on another doctor. I've never heard of this before. If I'm trying to be a new patient, you'll get to know me as a patient. That's insulting and very unprofessional. I'll never recommend this doctor or anyone affiliated with her.

When i was looking for a doctor years ago, one doctor i saw came in the room looked in my ear and left. Nurse came in with script for meds. I kept looking. I found Dr Le Thi and she sat down with me and answered all my questions, discussed with me. I did not feel rushed and she truely cares about her clients. I have been with her for 20 plus years. Would not give her up for anything in this world. Thank you Doc for all the care you have given me.

Have gone to Dr Lethi for many years & she is by far the most attentive, compasionate, competent & knowledgable Dr I've ever known. Everyone I know that uses her just loves her as well. I wish there were many more like her!

Dr Le Thi is always nice and explains everything to you. She takes care of you. I have always went to her office since 2001. The other Drs in the office are awesome too.

Not happy with her at all, orders cardiac test on my mother, because she was concerned she had a heart attack, without any peice of mind for my mom, 2 days later she went on vacation, not to concerned about all of her ptients, it's been 2 weeks no word yet, yeah shes a great Dr.

SHE IS AWFUL, she switched my vital meds that i had been on for years that were workin, then refused to switch them back. Sayin she didn't feel like i need them. '''IT PUT ME IN THE HOPITAL''' TRUST ME THERE ARE TO MANY GOOD DOCTORS, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE
