I highly recommend Sego’s. The power department girls are great! Tina helped us understand what we would be receiving & took the time to explain the process to my wife & I. This company has the absolute Worst customer service. No matter when we call they NEVER pick up the phone. Leave a message.... For what? They don't call back. And anytime we need anything from them and have Dr's orders for it they always say they don't have them. There is ALWAYS a problem. However, the technician who always comes to our house is so good and so helpful. I wish I could remember his name. But y'all need to step it up because y'all frustrate the crap out of us.

Kimmie has handled my case and I want to commend her for the fast, efficient manner in which she has facilitated my application: contacting my Primary Care Physician to ensure all pertinent documents were correctly completed and signed, and keeping me updated regularly on the progress of my case, and keeping informed on that progress!
