I have been here multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience until yesterday.
Brought my 5 year old in and we were seen by Rana Elkassih. She spoke over me when I would speak and stated, "I'm the Physician and I will decide what we will do." after I told her we didn't want the throat swabs. My daughter was not feeling well and my husband had been seen by the same PA that day. His swabs were negative so I assumed ours would be negative also.
She kept changing her mind on whether she'd administer a shot. After a long wait, she sent us to the pharmacy for meds.
She didn't even call in all of the meds. For us or my husband who had seen her earlier that day.
If you're looking for care, don't go in at the end of the day when they don't have time to hear your concerns.
It may also be best to seek care from a Pediatrician who knows how to communicate with and provide care for children.
The other providers here are great and I am sad to leave a less than stellar review for the actions of one.

This place advertised no wait online so we drove from Milton and we have now been waiting over 3 hours. We finally got in a room after 2.5 hours now we have been forgotten in the back room. This is terrible service for a sick visit! Don’t post online no wait when it hours long wait
