We are most delighted with our experience at the West Florida Medical Group, Primary Care office every time we go. The staff is very courteous and friendly and helpful, the environment is very spacious and comfortable, and Dr. Bill Bautsch is just plain super. He is so relaxed and friendly and conversational that you feel the same and wind up sharing more about the way you feel. He's almost like family. This results in a better diagnosis and treatment, thankfully. We recently referred some friends to him and they feel the same.

I had been looking for a Primary Physician for awhile that I was comfortable with. After several fails, i decided to do what the sign says out front and walk in. The waiting area is very nice and clean and when i walked up to the window, i was greeted with a smile and right away she scheduled me an appointment, told me what i would need to bring with me and she answered my questions about my concerns as far as a physician and told me i would love Dr. Bautsch. From the moment he walked into the room i automatically felt comfortable with him. He genuinely is concerned about his patients well being. He and everyone in that office have been nothing but awesome. I've already recommended to several people and will continue to do so.

Dr. Bautsch is excellent. He is very thorough and direct. I also appreciate that he took my issue seriously, with concern, and did not brush it off like I was over reacting much like many doctors have done in the past. The staff and nurses are both friendly and helpful. I did not once feel judged for any silly questions I may have had. I strongly recommend!

Dr. Bautsch is one of the only Doctors I have ever really trusted. He is so down to earth. The place is so cleaned and organized. I really feel relaxed and like I am cared about, instead of just a number being hurried thru. Thanks to everyone working there. They all get a big "Good Job" from me.

Dr. Bautsch and his staff are the best, hands down, medical team I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. Dr. Bautsch reminds me of the doctor's of old, he REALLY cares!!! You will not find a better family doctor (in my opinion) anywhere around these parts. I've been a patient of his since he first came to Avalon Medical and he is, without a doubt, a God send! I am glad he listens and cares about my medical as well as any personal problems I may be dealing with. His staff are very pleasant and easy to deal with, you would expect nothing less from such a professional such as Dr. Bautsch. I highly recommend Dr. Bautsch and his staff to anyone looking for a family physician who really cares, very professional, knows his practice inside and out and is someone not only would you trust but would become a part of your family. I've had a number of family physicians in my 53 years including doctor's that I've seen while serving this great country with the US ARMY and this is the one that I feel most comfortable and trustworthy with. You will not regret trying him out and I have confidence that if you do, you will have a new family physician that will become as much a part of your family as Dr.
Bautsch and his staff are of mine.

Since I’ve become a patient of Dr. Bautsch, I’ve felt valued and cared for. Not just another number. He carefully listens and doesn’t make up generic excuses to get you out of the door. I’ve always been picky about my PCP, however, upon my first visit I knew without a doubt he’d exceeded my expectations. He’s extremely friendly, easy to communicate with and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Bautsch to anyone seeking a PCP.

I cannot explain in words how thankful I am for the staff and Dr at this facility. The nurses and staff are absolutely amazing. The doctor himself takes as much time as needed with you as a patient and listens to you. He thoroughly explains everything he's doing and why. His bedside manner is amazing I could not ask for a better team. I would recommend this office to anyone.
