From the plentiful parking to the clean, orderly waiting room, this is a well managed center. I would like to Thank everyone that assisted me today during my visit. Clearway is great! Very friendly, professional, and timely. From the front waiting room to the back patient room where Dr treats you all is sooo g🙂🙂d! Dr McFadden very attentive and caring… thank you ❣️ Dr Phillip was there today & he was very attentive, caring & professional. All the support team is wonderful from the front desk to the end when checking out. Nice to have friendly, happy, concerned, & professionals to look out for me!

A referral was sent over from my primary office with all of my medications listed and ALL of my info but in order for me to be seen they need paperwork from this doctor and that doctor and so forth. I have 11 doctors, I can barely walk I’m in kidney failure, I have so many other things going on with me that it’s unreal. If I have to do all of the leg work just to get me to be seen then forget about it. That’s your job not mine and I don’t get paid to provide you all that info that’s why I have a primary doctor’s office and my insurance pays 100% so your welcome because you lost this patient from the very first call. Teach your office staff to do their jobs. Verifying insurance, contacting my doctors for all the info, they should know how to do the leg work themselves or place someone in your office who understands that. I’m not sure where customer service went to in the medical field industry but it’s horrible how they charge big bucks to our insurance and we do their office duties (the patients). I also wish not to ever be contacted by your office again and I’ll let folks know to be prepared if they are referred to your office.

researched by Dr. Disanto prior to my appointment. Procedure to help with my problems were made immediately. Very satisfied with my first visit.

I was in one of the first patients of the day we spoke she realized I had been out of my medication for a few days and stated she would get it in right away. Well I had a couple of other appointments to take care of, so I went on about my day checking in frequently, waiting patiently and still no word. End of day came still no word from my pharmacy. Now I’m a pretty patient person I have to be in my line of work. But now after hours and still no medication. You can see how frustrated I must feel at this point waiting all day and being told the Dr has till end of day to sign off and not hearing anything. Thanks for the opportunity to speak my peace.

Dr. McFadden is wonderful, thorough
Very kind and is my favorite so far. I am relatively new here, so far. Those girls at tge front desk are so nice and do a great job too. Never want to go anywhere else.

Staff easy to talk too. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to book a next day appointment, as a new patient. Front desck clerk and the nursing assistant who took my vitals were very polite and nice. Dr. DeSanto came in the room, great me and after few questions and my answers he knew exactly what my issues are and came up with a plan of treatment. Very happy and greatfull to be seen by Dr. DeSanto. Patient room and waiting room are clean.

Dr. McFadden and the staff at The Pace Office are Professional and amazing! The PA’s are just as caring as Doctor McFadden. The PA I saw today, took his time explaining everything in detail! Very pleased with his bedside manner and him allowing time to ask questions and thoroughly answer them!! Highly recommended!!
