One of the best rehabs around! Front office was very welcoming and the CNAs hustle. Everyone is friendly and the Administrator handled all and any issues that came up. Will recommend to everyone! 10 plus stars

This is a very clean and fun place for family members to come see their loved once’s. They have activities everyday for the residents. Everyone always has a smile on there face 😁

This place is barely held together by management during the week days, but it completely falls apart on the weekends. Getting out of bed is a natural human desire as well as a necessary health requirement and preventative health measure. I understand that it takes a lot of care to look after this many residents but when a resident asks to get out of bed on a Saturday they should not be denied that request. These residents are humans, your elders, not caged animals. I also understand that not every request can be completed immediately, however, my father asked to get out of bed and did not get the help he needed. (This is common). He waited a while and then called me to ask if I could make the drive to come help him. I politely called the facility at 4 pm to see if they could assist him out and was responded to with a stern "Hello..." and "He just wants to get in and out of bed." This is not true. He was up once that day, and then later went back to his room to take an afternoon nap. Is he not allowed to get out of bed for the rest of his day after his nap? On the phone the worker said with a rude tone, "I'll get him." We checked on him ONE HOUR AND 45 MINS later and he was still not up... this was way past his original request... How are you going to deny a man this request, wait hours for his family to call, and then still proceed to wait over an hour and a half after speaking with a family member. Now I'm scared that when (if) they do get him out of bed, they will refuse him the right of going back to bed later tonight. This instance is just one of the many instances that I could complain about not to mention the always missing laundry, missed medical appointments, and skipped shower days.

My mother was allowed to almost die from severe dehydration and mouth sores due to severe thrush. Jessica, in the business office is a very unprofessional person. She attempted to keep my mom's social security benefits. The director of nursing is worthless also. This is a terrible facility. SO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE.
