I'm not sure why this place would have a bad rating. Everyone has been great. The receptionist is very friendly. The nurse always chats with me and has me laughing. Marilou is a great doctor. She took the time to listen to me and is actually getting me the help I need. Everyone has been very nice.

Dr. Marilou G. Folk is amazing - the last doc there acted like every ailment I had was a nothing-burger. This doc takes her time with you and writes whatever referrals to specialists she thinks may help one’s health issues. Staff is friendly and efficient too. They also try to fit you in quickly if there’s a sudden health or side that comes up.

The receptionist is very kind understanding and friendly. Mary Lou Folk is realistic, straight forward, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to her patients, is extremely professional and respectful. I have the utmost respect for Mary Lou Folk. I am also greatful that she covers my insurance, and is great at communicating all the way around between her staff and in regards to referrals. Extremely thankful for Englewood South County Medical. I honestly don’t know what I would do if they were not in this area.

First couple appointments went great. I have been ill for a year now. Seeing many specialist. I have worked my entire life and didn't plan on getting sick. I am drawing long term disability through my employer.The ARNP said she will not fill out any paperwork for them. But yet my labs were so abnormal she said she is not used to seeing so many abnormal results in my previous visit. I didn't ask to get sick, I am fighting to get back to work but the healthcare system here is horrendous
